Our top tips for easy read information:
• Use large writing
• Use pictures next to the easy read information so people know what fits with what
• Use font style Arial
• Use plain English and no jargon. If you need to use jargon then explain what it means
• Keep messages short. Don’t try to give too much information
• Have information well spaced out
• Instead of long sentences use bullet points to break up information
• When using pictures, be consistent. So if you are talking about money more than once use the same picture again
